RETURNS AND WARRANTY

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving the order.
If you need to change the size or color of the goods purchased, you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the order.
If the purchased goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to the company, you can return the products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Upon receipt of the order, you will still have to wait 24 hours to allow the successful delivery to be updated in your personal account. Once the update has taken place, you can request the return authorization document at resiweb@ciessepiumini.com

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. After 24 hours from receiving the order, send your return or replacement request to the email address resiweb@ciessepiumini.com, specifying the order number and the reason for the request.
    In case of return for refund, just follow the instructions above.
    In case of replacement, it is also necessary to indicate which size/color you wish to receive in exchange.
    In the event of a return due to a defect, it is also necessary to attach clear images to the email demonstrating the defect being reported.
  2. Once the request has been sent, you will receive an email in response with the return authorization document attached: inside the document you will find all the information you need to complete the return. The return authorization must be applied to the package.
    If the return is for reimbursement, the shipment of the goods to our warehouses will be at your expense.
    In case of replacement, the collection and shipment of the goods in exchange will be managed by Ciesse Piumini. If you decide to replace or return the second shipment, the same will be at your expense. It is not possible to replace the same purchase more than once, therefore the refund of the purchase will be made net of the shipment managed by the company.
    In the event of a return due to a defect, it is possible to request a direct refund or replacement of the goods:
    In both cases the collection will be managed by Ciesse Piumini.
  3. Insert the products in the original packaging:
    In the event of a return for refund or replacement, the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their components, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product. The returned items will be checked, after the quality control the company will proceed to make a full refund of the product. If the garment does not pass the quality control, the company will not refund, but will send the garment back.
  4. Keep the shipping receipt
  5. When the return returns to our warehouse, we will issue the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).

LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY - RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

In the event of defects and/or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, by repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request the return or replacement or refund of the item within 30 days of discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of the Italian legislative decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relative delivery. To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph – “Return Request” – indicating as a specific reason “Product damaged, non-compliant or incorrectly sent” and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which it is clearly visible the defect.

The authorization to return the product will in no way constitute acknowledgment of non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.

We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the effective non-conformity of the returned product. In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will issue the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.)

REFUNDS

The refund will be made on the amount paid for the purchase of the products on condition that the items are returned in compliance with what is indicated in the previous paragraphs. All returned products will be refunded to the payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, paypal, ..) net of any taxes, import duties or shipping costs if this was paid by the customer at the time of the purchase.

From the moment in which the return is taken over by our warehouse, the refund can take place within a maximum of 10 working days according to the following technical times:

– From the moment the return returns to our warehouse, it may take up to 3 working days for the returned items to be checked and the refund to be issued.

– It may then take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
